oh, it's plaintive, peaceful, open & beautiful. I love the playful little organisms—your wonderful line sections, reminiscent of the great Spanish heritage of 20th C. art. Your colors are new & fresh, your squiggles are wonderfully free, those painterly splotches (where you let lines of different colors fan out and expand) are concentrated & beautiful, and your real-life objects—like those terrific rolls or the small painter's palette or the flowers, etc.—are placed just perfectly. While very active, this is a more restful piece than some, and I just adore it. A fav from the minute I saw it. Beautiful.
