Description
This image is a severe crop of a much larger photo.
Most of Llanberis Pass was in shadow, some of it cast by the mountains themselves, but mostly from clouds. From time to time a patch of sunlight illuminated a rugged cliff, or a patch of green farmland with gleaming white houses.
