Description

Captured around the first snow this past December, cropped, framed and intitialed in PSP. Not as crisp as I would have liked, but I like the image. Been sick with some flu-ish kind of bug, thankfully am beginning to feel better though I get tired fast. I hope to catch up with you all little by little, don't want to miss any of your wonderful posts! Many thanks for all the terrific comments .. my fave thing to do is read all your thoughts on whatever I've posted! So thank you for that as well as all the faves. I don't think I'll try to do individual thanks for the faves, I'm behind on that as it is!!

Aw dear, sorry to hear that you're sick but glad that you are healing. I love your image...how you framed it and the pose of the bird. Looks like someone grabbed it and twisted it knots and set it down on the railing :) Grand job!

I love mourning doves. A pair returns to my porch each spring and I feel blessed by their repeated presence in my life. Their song is something I look forward to. You captured a peaceful moment, and those soft colors and fluffy feathers so well. I like how the bird's colors are repeated in the surroundings. Excellent work with the framing too. Beautiful photo!
