Description

When a new potential planet is discovered, the terraformers move in and begin the process of making the planet habitable for it's future occupants. We always think of earth when we think of terraforming, but not all sentient beings are human, so planetary needs vary. When terraforming is nearly complete, large bubbles are errected wich support life until terraforming is complete, and early settlers move in to start colonization. We see such a scenario here, the ship you see leaving has just dropped off the first settlers and their supplies. I've used piotr's (from DA) spiral, our own bunny's web elements for the planet surface and her etech hallucinations for the space ship. All Apo scripts; assembled in PSP, stars and planets, framing and initials also added in PSP. Thank you all for the good thoughts and good wishes, they have enouraged me greatly to work off the effects of this flu thing I had a few weeks backs! Thank you for the wonderful comments on the last posting, the snapshot of the mourning dove. I just love reading your comments and treasure them so! And thanks for all the faves, it always surprises to get them, LOL.

Rita, this one is stupendous! It has all the qualities of an excellent sci-fi image. Love the night sky, really effective. The ship is excellent, it really works well within the composition which, by the way, is top shelf. As I looked at it I had a feeling that this was the same way our planet was created. We are aliens who have come from a far distant world and established the colony called Earth.It has the basic scenario as Battleship Galactica. However, we must beware of the Cylons, they're still seeing us out.Excellent work!!!!!!

Super explorations into the unknown Rita! Excellent POV...I truly feel like I am flying... I believe a nailed a job Rita..thank god too, my hubby's plant will be closing in a month!
