Description

I've been spending a lot of time running through my media player and my muse has brought it upon me to be inspired to create images to songs that move me so. So....to that ends, I present the first of what I hope will be...a few images...based on songs. Pop, Rock or whatever my muse decides to move me to. To start off with is a song from the first musical play I ever saw on stage - Evita. I have seen the play at least three times, not counting all the times I've actually watched the movie. And, while I certainly hold nothing against Madonna for her portrayal of Eva Peron in the movie, this song was not hers, and never should have been in the movie. Then again, I'm biased toward the play. Originally this was sung by Colonel Peron's young mistress after he meets Eva Duarte at a charity concert and is a beautiful duet with the young woman and Che - the narrator for the majority of the story. It much better suits her than it could ever suit Eva. I present to you - Another Suitcase in Another Hall ~~~~ I don't expect my love affairs to last for long Never fool myself that my dreams will come true Being used to trouble I anticipate it But all the same I hate it -- wouldn't you? So what happens now? Another suitcase in another hall So what happens now? Take your picture off another wall Where am I going to? You'll get by, you always have before Where am I going to? Time and time again I've said that I don't care That I'm immune to gloom, that I'm hard through and through But every time it matters all my words desert me So anyone can hurt me -- and they do So what happens now? Another suitcase in another hall So what happens now? Take your picture off another wall Where am I going to? You'll get by you always have before Where am I going to? Call in three months time and I'll be fine I know Well maybe not that fine, but I'll survive anyhow I won't recall the names and places of this sad occasion But that's no consolation -- here and now So what happens now? Another suitcase in another hall So what happens now? Take your picture off another wall Where am I going to? You'll get by, you always have before Where am I going to? I never saw Evita, but you have done a marvelous job of capturing the emotions of the people involved! Great posing and settings as well! A most excellent work with your muse! Fantastic!
