Description

I would like to share with you, the very first bloom of my "Black Frangipani", which in actual fact is a blood-red colour, only when they are buds, they appear to look black. It was given to me as a present by a good friend last year. Cheers *BB* p.s. also known as Plumeria.

What a gorgeous colour this one is, I've never seen one so dark and it is a beautiful present. I hope it smells as wonderful as the others too. Love these captures too as they show the flowers very well.

Red is a very difficult color to capture. It likes to "bleed" and look completely eye-searing. You've handled so hot a color perfectly here! I love this photo and the flowers themselves are fascinating. I've only ever seen these growing in greenhouses and they're quite vivid and fascinating. This is amazingly gorgeous work! I am glad that I saw it, because it has brightened my day considerably! This rocks!
