Description

In the aftermath of the two wars, Vanguard Industries decided that human stations were overly vulnerable to attackers. The short-term solution was to adapt existing equipment and systems to make stations that could move about at will, hopefully allowing them to either keep the body of a planet between them and an attacker, or retreat to a more defensible position. The side-use of these new stations would also make it easier for new systems to be opened up, with these serving as temporary bases until more permanent facilities could be constructed. Modeling and rendering entirely within Bryce, with mostly textures of my own creation, or altered presets. Planet, background, and effects all done in Photoshop.
