Description
The both. It's a REO 28 XS or a FEDERAL 604.
During the WWII, The US Army had understood that a lot of truck parts must be standardized.
That's why the US6 Studebaker looks like a GMC brother and why the Canadian Ford and the Chevrolet CMP are identical ( except the radiator grid and the logo).
That's the same for the REO 28XS and the FEDERAL 604.
