Good to see you again; you've been missed. This is beautiful--a soft, dreamy image, very much like the light of winter. I love the color, not what you'd normally expect from a flame, and that gives it a very special glow.

Just when several of us are chilled to the bone (thank you sub zero weather!), you give us a flame for warmth! It holds it's own against the cold with it's subdued violet hues. It continues to burn tall and even produces glittering crystals to mock the icy frost! (I think it says "SO THERE!!") It shines WITH the stars in the background. Just beautiful, Mark. Peace to you and be well.

Wonderful craftsmanship, Mark. I especially enjoy this, because it is hand made. Great pencil-pastel work. But i also find the symbolism in it. A flame, for spiritual, and physical warmth, during winter time. That is my experience with this fine handmade piece.+5
