Description


A Celtic archer seeks the solitude of an old temple, while she grieves for her Queen, who has been killed in a recent battle. Thanks for looking. Comments on renders is appreciated. Nice pose! The ruins texture is very nice, but some bump mapping on those rocks would hide the polygons better.

I thought I had commented on this but maybe I had viewed it earlier and never gotten the chance to. Did she travel to some private secluded retreat to take some time to grieve? Or is that the ruins of a battlefield, after a bittersweet victory? Lovely render, its quite peaceful, and she's just standing there on the spot, eyes closed. Maybe she's grieving silently inside, needing the time to collect herself or maybe its that little bit of calm before the emotional storm?
