Description

Nearly sunset in this shot and during the winter months brings these lovely blue shadows. This is my view at the bottom of my sledding hill. I hope everyone is having a pleasant weekend. wow, you really got some different shots from this place...This is much more complex than it seems at first blush: The bush-line & tree in the background are accompanied by all kinds of little branches sticking up through the snow, like little facial hairs that got a bit outa hand; and the horizon has an elegant 'spare branch' sticking out (perfect & forlorn, I love it). And the blue shadows are actually complex, because of all the textures...Lots of stuff happening in a fairly open shot. I think it's very sensitive, I love goodoldboy's comment, agree that it's clean, and a definite fav for me. Real winter bleakness filled with beauty...

Very well said Harry! Superb capturing of scenes I only see in places like Renderosity. I wanted to comment on the depth created by the fence until I noticed it was a buried fence! :-|
