Description

Hi guys! First of all thanks for your comments yesterday. I appreciate each and all of them! What I did today: - I gave him a name ;) - I did lots of tiny changes in morph, which probably I can only see, heh. I morphed his ears, reshaped lacrimals, nostrils and chin, - I made basic specular, and diplacement for lips, - new eye textures, new lips texture - added hair. Anyway it's not the same texture as in Daniel picture, but I tried to recreate Daniel's morph with M4. I partially succeeded but somehow he got older (I believe it's texture "fault").

oooo! i love this guy! and it's interesting that it's a different texture. usually people say the texture makes the resemblance, so it's good to know that the morph is so important. i love how his lips look. it's not his texture making him older for me, though. his nose looks a lot larger and more pronounced, his face looks more square, and his mouth looks bigger and wider. all of that may be the change in lighting, expression and pose, but it's not the wrinkles in his texture that make me feel like he's older and a different (if related) person.

@ cobaltdream I actually think texture IS very important. I'm always amazed how a little change in texture changes model's look - it's pretty scary ;) and makes texturing kind of "hit or miss" thing (which is frustrating). But I did what I could with keeping texture and morph similar here, so I guess it's why you can see similarities. I plan to make different texture for M4, so we'll see how he'll change. And you're right totally right about his face being more mature: his lips are thinner, nose wider and crooked.Yeah. I'm glad you like his new lips. I thought he needed more "dry and not so smooth" ones. ;) @santicor Hmmm... I guess you're right. I'll see what I can do about it :)

That is so outstanding--the light really brings out the detail in the texture, too!
