Description

here is another shot from last year. 10/10/08 ISO 200 they was cutting the 4th year cane for it did not come out good. They told me it was the two storms that hit here in the summer. So all they did with it was cut it and left it on the ground. Some times the 4th year is good but not last year. The cane was turning fast but I had the speed on high 1/160 . i got a lot of photo of this here is just one. Oh they grow the cane for 4 years; cut in each year at the fall time hahah useing my gallery here as a personal blog. i thought about that to day and it hit me every one here is doing that. They post babies ; cats; dogs; 2d and 3d stuff. We all is like little kids run to show mom some image we have so she can tape it to the ice box. So let all keep on posting on the RR ice box hahahahahhaahahahahah

Great and educational posting, Jock. Many use their gallery here as a blog..nothing wrong with that. I kinda like your sugar cane series... it told me things i did not know. Nice and intersting.+5

Great shot Jock!! It's not every day you see how sugar cane is cut, especially in England where we only grow sugar beet.

Neat POV here. It's such a shame, to lose everything from four years like that, and then have to spend more work and money to destroy it besides. This is a side of the hurricanes we don't usually see.
