Description

they cutting the fouth year cane here as it is no good this year because of the two big storms we had. some years the fourth year is good. they did get the 2th and 3th year cane so they was good so we did ok in this suger year. this is a diff type of cutter. I seen diff types here and shot them as I see them if I could. I should be two hundred feet away from this cutter as it cuts. but it was close to the road so i was by the road hopeing a car would not hit me. i was more afear of that than the cutter. thanks for looking and comments

Well, I'm relieved to see that you were in your truck and not in the field, that looks too close for comfort! Great shot, Jock. :)

Very nice documentary view that deserves honors. I prefer by far this one to your previous where you cut the farmer's head. I asked myself: "What could I do in such case?" I think that, it such shots are so difficult to take, I would have saved it by adding more surface on the sky above with the Image>Canvas size menu, then pasting another head on the farmer's shoulders, resizing it with the Edit>Transform>Scale menu. Have a nice WE Jocko!
