... May just be a really big fusion reaction?
Still having a hard time finding the inspiration to work on any new space ships, so I'm still playing with space backdrops and the like. Here a very reactive star is shedding large amounts of mass to its immediate neighborhood. This spells the beginning of the end for this star, but seeds the area for the next generation.
Once again, Glitterato helped with the stars, Photos of clouds, the random cloud filter, and alot of layers made the nebula, and a few choice lens flares for good measure.
