Description
Since we're all artists, I want you to know I don't always know what my art is about. I think that's true of a lot of us. In this work, I can't explain the link between the images, I just feel it. I'm much better at seeing other people's art than seeing my own! I think that's true for a lot of us. So I fully accept if my intentions aren't clear: If that's so, I hope you enjoy the images anyway. Or something in them. And if not that, then just know that I tried. Art's a risk. We pour our selves into art, we take risks, leave ourselves bare. I learn a lot about my risks from all of you: You help me accept my risks better, even when they fall on their faces. I not only learn from your art--each one of you--I learn from your comments. Ok, you can go home now. Drive safely & be sure to pick up the dog, he's really teed off with you moseying around a bunch of galleries while he contemplates the meaning of biscuits... (I'll comment soon, I promise!)

3 very different images. Each have their own beauty. the first gives you a lovely sight of soft colors and shapes. Feels so good looking at. The second is the dance of the artists brushes. They let the colors float on the paper with their dance. The thirth is the amazing little creatures´ dance where you usually done see them. You brought them to the surface. Very lovely artwork all 3.

yes it pour's out and finds its way onto paper, canvas or something else. art doesnt need an explanation, to me. its like a language that everybody can understand, like music. another wonderful view of yours, mark :)

Mark the images are all so splendid and each has it's own wonderful allure. The first one seems so light and happy, the colors almost dancing. While the second has such a strong and classical feel to it, really nice. As for the third it is so much fun and I see animals in a ancient scene in it. After reading your comments below on our art and how much of ourselves we put into it I am in total agreement my friend. Be safe on your trip

NekhbetSun: great quote. Personally it takes me awhile to consciously understand what my 'intentions, concepts, feelings' where about while making a piece - time and sometimes the insights of others helps, even if the other's views see off to me they do act as a counterpoint - which finds A point LOL. But my best work is done in an unconscious state. All that said it seems to me that we function in a like manner, it's 'in' the work - some connections unarticulated that are made. What came to my mind first was sufi dance [i think that's right word] which each image as a different view of movement and states. ~tim

When i opened the image i saw "bones" and i don´t know why yet,but don´t matter-and in in my mind came lots of thoughts and feelings about your shapes and colours and the way they go together(all of them)- and they go very well together.. "like people" with their own mouvement and brightness. I think the important is to feel and when we feel, everything makes sense. I like your "dance" in colour and non-colour.

The artist's dance is filled with color, form and passion. The form does not always come first. Sometimes it is just a feeling of color. Then slowly the tools move about the canvas and the expression and extension of the artist's vision begins to take and give form. All of these things and much, much more tie your three images together. I have always felt that if the passion of the artist's dream can be expressed outwardly, then the artist has succeeded in sharing their creativity. This is a wonderful expression and incorporation of your passion and dreams.
