Just playing around with some of my textures. Couldn't find a usable background photo, so I had to make one of my own. "Hope you like it" And, thanks for looking in on me.

just a quick comment. i like the pose and the composition, but the rich, strong colors and high contrast of the background elements detract from the pastel pinks and much lower contrast of the main figure. especially since the background seems to be a mauve related to pink. that said, i really like the composition of the elements, the feel of the piece (cocktail hour is supposed to be celebratory, but she looks sad), her skin tone, and the outfit you gave her. all in all, i think it's a strong piece.
