Description
Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts... we continually have thoughts. They float in, around and through us and land somewhere in our minds. Some of them stay. Some of them hang around for a while and others go away as quickly as they came. They can be annoying... they can be exciting. To be sure, they can and sometimes do shape the way we see our lives. We planted these thought seeds a long time ago and nurtured them with our indwelling passions and... oh yes... we even sprinkled some of them with our worry tears. Whatever caused those seeds to form... whatever will cause those seeds to sprout... is a mystery waiting to unfold. Many of these thoughts became the beliefs that we hold about ourselves... our environment... and the people in our lives. Now spring is on the way and summer can't be too far behind so it's time to clean up our mental attic and chase out anything that does not support the truth of our beingness. Today... just for today... we shall turn within and check on our mental attic. Are things kind of cluttered in our mental attic?... maybe a little dusty? Could be... we have had a whole year to collect all of this stuff. How to do we clean our mental attic? We give ourselves permission to let go of our old stuff... whatever that stuff may be... whether known or unknown to us... it is time for us to allow the release of old things. This will create a vacuum and nature will act quickly to fill that vacuum with something bigger and better. Just give it a try. You may find that things in your experience will begin to look brighter. How divine. How simply divine.

I once asked a shaman what she was doing. (She was sitting bv a tree, concentrating fiercely.) "Cleaning the cobwebs from my mind," she said, "would you like some?" At first I thought, pieces of her mind are gold. "Yes!" I cried, "please!" She laughed: "You have enough of your own, what do you need mine for!" As always, your words are golden. And you know, I'm beginning to realize that your art shows our souls while they strive to be free, as well as free itself. (You're generous that way. I mean that.) This is a big beautiful weave of ambers, golds & reds, and it seems to say our minds are exquisite & filled with inner dance & music, and if we find that dance & music, we'll find the peace & joy that rests at our center. It's really beautiful how you do this, make weaves into true joy...And I love those reddish tones at bottom; and how you took a little "nodule" from your artwork and made it a companion to your title & signature. (A little 'clear-mind puppy'!) And the top? A big canopy protecting us all. More beauty from you, and more gratitude from me. Many joys your way, Gayle, it's always a pleasure coming here!
