Sometimes I fight through the thickets of everyday life to my neglected PC. I fire up the old box, clicking on my VUE Infinite 6, humbly convince it that I have administrator rights, and try to make out the detail on my failing monitor, while I search for my most recent pair of reading glasses. Sometimes I get to compose something that I like. Often I struggle with the controls and a wayward mouse, fail to dodge the 'always urgent' interruptions and demands of others on my time, and end up at the end of a session, having apparently failed to accomplish anything of value. This shot, just sums up life, sometimes it seems as if one is never going to break out.. but... Then there are the joyous moments when one bursts through all the obstacles and runs out onto a beautiful, warm beach where one can enjoy the sun, sand and waves. Well I can dream, can't I ?! ;o) Warm regards to everyone out there who views my occasional 'puir offerins'. Thanks for your patience. I have been so busy, and kept away physically from my PC that my provider seems to have dumped about a fortnights worth of e-mails, where I can't get to them. If I've missed anyone, please forgive me. Enjoy the 'challenge' of the everyday, for suddenly the sunlight of inspiration, or the joyful peace, or that striking sense of wonder, will catch you unawares, and worst of all perhaps, unprepared to appreciate it, amidst the chaotic flurry of everyday life.
