Greetings everybody! I hope we've all had a lovely weekend. It snowed a lot here in Southern Ontario, but the daytime sun is now becoming too intense for it to stay on the ground and clog the roads for very long. And now, every couple of days we get weather that is more like spring and less like winter. Though, spring is still a month away and I should not boast too much.
Modesty and scholastic ethics requires me to admit that I took the title for this rendering from a billboard in the St. Clair West subway station in Toronto. To combat sagging advertising revenue due to the recession of the early 90's, the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) mounted a billboard campaign espousing the virtues of advertising on the TTC. One of the billboards read, "I hate you. Now feed me", and then it continued with the commentary, "You see, people will read transit advertisements even when they are written by cats". It was brilliant.
My thanks again to those artist who provided freebie props which I shamelessly used in this scene.

Wow, that is so funny, and thanks for bringing it to us here. Well no wonder he hates you, goodness, look at the size of that puny bowl! He must have to beg for food 4 times a day at least and you know cats, they hate to stoop to indignity.
