Description

Incendia - I have spent quite some time photographing flowers over the years. Never thinking they would make a good surface material for a fractal, but here it is. The flower was a steptocarpus applied to a base shape and tweaked and twisted to get my industrial strength orchid. I like the cut out and folded look, the tab "A" into slot "A" you used to get on cereal boxes. Do the children of the computer era still do that kind of thing?

very interesting... and lovely.. I just started with incendia and was wondering about this technique.. any bitmap picture can be loaded up and used as texture? I love the results you have here..
