Why do you keep taking from me
Can’t enough ever just be enough
Do you have to have everything I have
There is no blood
Left in this turnip
You have squeezed this orange dry
You have chipped this once statue
Into a pile of rubble
Forgive me for saying anything
I am so tired
I just want to sleep
Tomorrow I will be rested
And you can take from me again
I have been in a dark mood for a few days so a couple of these poems are a little on the dark side lol. I hope everyone likes them. Randy

Not every poem has to be happy and cheerful! To me it is much more important I can relate to the writing. Another very good prose!
