Description

Lady Starlight for V4.2(WIP) - Draco forever. My first Poser render ever posted in theses galleries. So many fantastic Poser artists in these galleries.. i am not one of them.#;oD I mostly use DAZ Studio, since it's faster to work with. But since my new V4 character is for both Daz and Poser6+.. I was forced to learn about Poser... and Poser shaders. I am mostly working on Tattoos at the moment.. To get the right colouring and expression. So this is to show how... Lady StarLight for V4.2.. Aka..Lou-Anne for V4.2....look.. when rendered in Poser. A character pack i have been working on for 3, almost 4 months now. Lady StarLight for V4.2 is here being portrayed with her only friend. A magic dragon, called Draco.. They share the same heart... so they live in symbiosis. They cannot survive without each other. I used that storyboard and concept in my old gallery, on several dragon renders. The original inspiration comes from a movie, which contains the best dragon CGI animations ever made. Some clips from the movie can be seen here..and also contains a song about symbiotic phenomenon. Since youtube videos change a lot..This is now split into 2 clips. The best dragon CGI animations in movie history: Click here to see the dragon CGI. The song about a symbiotic phenomenon: Click here to hear the song. If any Poser artists have constructive comments, they are welcome to say what they think about my character. Just a few notes: Lady StarLight for V4.2.. Aka..Lou-Anne for V4.2. Is not for sale....not yet... It is just a hobby...created to learn the process, and for fun....time must show if she will be put up for sale.#:o) She is deliberately constructed a little cross-eyed. It is to be considered as an extra charm. I have no intention to make perfect looking models. There are already a lot of them. Just pick one on the market place. I am not sure if 3000x3000 textures are cool for closeup or portraits. But that is the MR i used as point of origin. I don't do portraits or closeups much. So it is not an issue, to me. About Draco: Draco is also a complex and beautiful star constellation on the far northern hemisphere. Wikipedia has some fine images and info about the star constellation here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draco_(constellation) Draco has 14 main stars.. they are shown in most of my Draco and Lady Starlight renders. The closest star in Draco is 11.5 light years from earth. Draco is Latin... and means Dragon.

Very nice render, Lars. All Best Wishes for your store-- keep us posted. The render: I like the lighting and the pose. Her right eye has come too far I think. Small detail, though. The product: Since I do have a lot of characters, I can tell you specularity on the skin seems a little bit high, and I hope you have at least one close render with natural lips, plus an option for no tattoos.

She is not for sale.. it is just a hobby... but thanks anyway. She is also deliberately constructed a little cross-eyed, and is to be considered as an extra charm. I have no intention to make perfect looking models. There are already a lot of them. Just pick one on the market place. I am not sure if 3000x3000 tetures are cool for closeup or portraits. But it does not matter much, since i never do closeups or portraits.#:o)

I think she looks great, and she's beautiful; just like all natural women should be. the pose and colors and light in this scene is very nice. I love the dragon, too.

The movie was a fantastic movie! That dragon was just so real feeling! Your render is gorgeous, I'm looking at the scene as a whole, and it feels SO dimensional! The skies are wonderous! And the lighting is what I think makes it all so 3D! Fantastic work on this one! Story line is going to be excellent, you are setting it up nicely.

must be high-feeling living in symbiosis with a drag.brilliant idea, great posing and texturing . the drags all love this one,i am sure of this. ps.i cant come along in poser,i dont like the interface and hopping from room to room , from the beginning on i had problems, but luckily thanks to poser i found daz for free and bryce 5.5 for free then a daz platinum-membership upgrading to bryce 6.1 carrara express and hexagon also in the bundle, spend a lot of money hihi, but worth it every f.. cent. and here we go.,sorry POSER must be a powerful program, but not for me,but i will hold poser in the highest regards because in a way it showed me my way.. Bryce,Daz and Mojo eventually thats my world-(s).
