Mark this is a touching dedication I know she will draw strength from as it comes from your heart. Jodie is a wonderful lady, always so kind and I am so glad you did this for her. When I saw the title at first I was worried that you yourself were not feeling well again so I'm glad that is not the case

Fantastic and beautiful aquarellic piece, Mark. Love the rustic look and the colouring. But the title and the description tell me, that it has a deep and maybe even unplesant story bound to it. I hope this provide the desired power to the recipient of this fine anniversary dedication. +5

I´m delighted with your colours and the luminosity of your flame. The contrasts are evident and i would say it is an ardent "calling" for peace and strugle inside.A beautiful flower growing in the soul.It is a great piece of art. Thank you!

Dear Mark - this is so beautiful words don't suffice. This flame is like no other. It seems to burn/glow perpetually but without scorching anything. It burns without fading to ADD to a person but will never hurt. Those colors are amazing and so it burns cool and warm at the very same time. It is also very much like a young plant - - a lily, perhaps, as it starts to unfold in this harsh world. A new beginning within a lasting flame. It is very profound to me. I can see many people agree with the feelings it conveys. I also cannot stop gazing at it. I have no idea how to thank you except to say that you've started my morning out so wonderfully - there is no way I cannot have a great day!

Henry Hensche (impressionist painter+teacher,1901-1992) often said, "What comes from the heart, goes to the heart." This flame speaks from the heart.

This is so beautifully done ... the colors, the way you've conveyed light, the composition ... it really is mesmerizing. A beautiful dedication piece.

Soft and dreamy, while at the same time giving the sense of light--simply beautiful. And a touching dedi as well.

This is a wonderful dedication and so well done! The colors reach out into the darkness and create a wonderful light. Marvelous work!

Lovely color scheme - really like the asymmetrical - such a nice warm feeling to this Mark.

A superb dedication, the light pouring in from the right as well as from within the flame.

Soothing flame for one's spirit. It radiates a calming energy. I hope that it brings relief to your friend, Mark. Very touching piece.

another beautiful image and thought, but its the thought that grabs my attentions in this one. it is the small things wich contain so much essentials and so this little flame speaks to me about the lack of warmth and love in this world! beautiful done, mark :)

Love the colours! Beautiful soft composition. Ispires a feeling of love & peacefullness. I suppose that ties in with the dedication.
