Oh, I love this! I have one with short hair and she is just the most delightful companion (and sometimes foe LOL) This is just so typical of this breed. They charm through their incredible personalities. Wonderful shot.

terrific shot of a dog who looks like it wants something but is staying on the ground, figuring either it'll get it more attention (it knows how to play its cards) or Julia has told it to "stay". A capture of an animal in a complex pose, and it's a real delight too. (And great coloring on the ears & back! I assume other dogs think, "god, how did that dachshund EVER get its hair to behave like that! and the coloring—to die for!") I like your graining of the edges, btw. Love how you did it...
