Description
Hi all - Well, I finally got an opportunity to post another picture. It's taken forever to do this. I'm still using my laptop since my computer is still down and out. We've dropped it off at a computer store where hopefully the guys can retrieve the data from the hard drive. At this point, that's the best we can get. I'll have to rebuild everything on a new pc.
Anyway, I've been trying to keep up with comments via the online email service. I had had everything set up to where Outlook routed emails into folders so I could better track all the emails I get. Now I have to wade through emails again. Oh well... :)
Hey, we got snow here in Atlanta today. This is a big event - it's our first snow of this winter! It's snowed all afternoon. It was soooo cool to see. However, the temps were just above freezing so the roads remained in fairly good shape. They say by this weekend we'll be in the 70s. That's Atlanta weather for you.

Well, your little laptop did good! So sorry about your computer, Lori. Hope you're able to retrieve your data. And, hey, no snow, but here in North Florida it's COLD again. Just yesterday it was in the 70s. Today it's cold and windy. Still better than our hot summers. :)

Snow is a comin' here, so summer mermaids are wonderful to see! Love the border too, it almost looks like jewels or mineral shapes.

I like your Finny Friends, Lori! I never saw it coming that they were mermaids from the thumbnail so that was a super-cool surprise. I love mermaids, always have ever since I read the fairy tale as a child. Your mermaids are rendered with great skills and you've done some great post art work. I especially love how you made one "cold" and one "warm." Great composition, and the frame is cool also. :-) Thanks also for the detailed comment regarding my two latest pix. Much appreciated, Lori!
