Description


This is a photo of the crater of the most visited volcano in Costa Rica - Poas. The recent earthquake devasted this area and significantly changed this crater. This photo was taken just before the quake. The lushness of the photo is quite in contrast with the look today here in Boone. We are snowed in with almost a foot of snow. I might find the courage to go out and shoot a few picture. This is so hard to do for a Costa Rican now in frigid territories (LOL). We'll see if I go! Wow!!! Inever known someone that visited so close a vulcan craters, even if in italy there are many... Beautiful gren leaves in front, but this was before the quake. Beautiful capture, power Poas!!! Great work!!! :)
