Description

This is another very popular destination for visitors to Costa Rica. Irazu Volcano is the highest volcano in Costa Rica and in clear days it is possible to see both the Caribbean and the Pacific coasts from the same location. Note that the tiny brown line is the fence that keeps the locals from throwing virgin tourists into the craters - LOL! In the upper-right corner you can see Turrialba Volcano, which has shown increased activity in the last few years. Hope you have a wonderful day, and again thanks for the visit and for your comments!
