Hello ! No doubt that spring is near, when I see my favorite spring flower popping up. Eranthis. I just love that little flower. It makes me smile every year. This is the very first I saw in my mothers garden tuesday. Isnt it just gorgeous? Thanks for your kind comments to my previous post and special warm thanks to those who added it to favorites. I really apraciate it alot. :-))) Have a wonderful and creative weekend. We still have grey and cold weather, but I hear the chaffinch and the greenfinch sing outside. On the stone fence I saw the pheasant this morning. Lovely :-)))

beautiful simple capture, with a very full background, a 'salad' of nature's floor with all those branches and twigs and dead leaves; they make a perfect backdrop...and we can feel the texture & moisture of the flower and leaves...very sensitive, and another fine macro from you. Soon it will all be blooming...winter is leaving us slowly! Lovely shot...
