BIO
I went to Edinburgh College of Art in the seventies. I wove tapestries for years and paint in oils. I like photography, learning classical guitar and lacemaking. I enjoy cycling, walking, reading, films.

well if you have to rely on me for the specie of bee, you're in big trouble. But the capture is beautiful, with the bee just surrounding that big blossom, and the counterpoint of branches zigging and zagging. Fine macro, gives the details & the sense of an "ocean" where the background goes into soft focus. Very evocative piece, lots of visual music.

That's some macro that you have there, Rozanne. At least I hope that it is a macro, and not some giant bee strain ready to invade the rest of Europe... ;o) Well captured, my friend. I trust that all is well with you and yours. As for the bee, I saw about two last year, in total. Mind you, they don't like the rain.. Warm regards, well at least an overheating PC, if not the weather, John.
