BIO
I went to Edinburgh College of Art in the seventies. I wove tapestries for years and paint in oils. I like photography, learning classical guitar and lacemaking. I enjoy cycling, walking, reading, films.

Oh... butterflies, butterflies, butterflies. Yesterday I went for a walk with the guys I work with, and we saw the first butterfly of the season. That was wonderful and so it your photo.

very colorful, Rozie, and lots of contrary & musical motion. I sometimes think music plays into your art at a subterranean level, since i know it's so dear to you. I love the unfocussed objects in the background, because you have an array of different colors which act as contrast & backdrop. Very nice shot, and it feels very springlike too.
