Description

I saw about four butterflies last year so I'm hoping there's more this year. There's certainly a lot of bees now so fingers crossed.

Oh... butterflies, butterflies, butterflies. Yesterday I went for a walk with the guys I work with, and we saw the first butterfly of the season. That was wonderful and so it your photo.

"Flight Bravo Foxtrot One to Control, over. What are the crosswinds like near the trellis? I may have to land short of my target.." A very nice macro, Rozanne. Apologies for the whimsy attack, it must be the first touch of the sun, hinting at Spring up here in the 'Frozen North'.. ;o) Warm regards, John.

very colorful, Rozie, and lots of contrary & musical motion. I sometimes think music plays into your art at a subterranean level, since i know it's so dear to you. I love the unfocussed objects in the background, because you have an array of different colors which act as contrast & backdrop. Very nice shot, and it feels very springlike too.
