Description
This picture features the lovely V4 character called Buttercup - love her ears and wonderful eye choices. She's a cutie. I just had to do a mermaid with her.
The theme for this is gold, silver and aqua. Rather than do the traditional mermaid top I went with a more regal look since she's a princess under the sea welcoming all to her kingdom.
I used my laptop again to do this picture. Sigh. I bought a new computer but it's taken forever to get it set up. I'm running into challenges. For example, I couldn't install CS4 because I had exceeded the maximum number of activations. But I couldn't deactivate the other computer's activation because it was fried. I had to call Adobe to get special authorization to do an override. Then I'm having issues with downloading anything from DAZ into Poser Pro. I don't know if it's that I'm now using Vista or what the deal is. My hubby may have figured out a solution last night - I'll try it today to see if it worked.
Anyway, that's the latest from me. At least I finally can now download emails so hopefully I can keep up a bit better with comments. Thanks soooo much for your comments and favs on my last picture. I appreciate it. Have a great Monday.
P.S. Frame is by me. Just playing around with more styles. :)
P.P.S. Oh, the computer geeks managed to salvage most of my hard drive. Now I just need to figure out what was saved and what was lost.

I like this, Lori! Great colors, and Butter looks so different as a mermaid. Glad you got your new puter! I use Vista and Poser Pro and have had no problems putting DAZ content into Poser, although I do put everything into Poser 7 but use Poser Pro. So that shouldn't be a problem. Hope you get it straightened out.

One thing about Daz exes is that the newer ones seem to need you to be connected to the Internet to load properly; I had one M4 texture that refused to load until I connected..don't know if that is just because the Readme uses the browser or what. I love the coral here, and how happy she looks! What a cute character!
