Description

The border is a landfall, a cork, and a shore. Flotsam and Jetsam were two typical drifters, floated down to New Mars from somewhere far beyond. In fact, nobody had ever seen someone of their race so far. The dumping ground was their kingdom, their hunting ground, their playground. That afternoon they were loading the baskets full of trash to sell for recycling on their war slug's back. Suddenly Jetsam turned to see what had made the slug bellow. "Look at that," she shrieked. "There's an Earthener over there!" Thank you to all people who appreciated the previous picture! Thank you for viewing and drop a note if you like! DAZ: Michael 4; Xurge 3D: Cyber M4; Neftis: Daryl Hair; Darkwhisper: Modern Desert Soldier; Stonemason: Urban Future; Area 50: Bottle; Geralday: Milk Bottle. Appleyard: Maglite; Fast3D (geralday): spray bottle; TransPond: Adobe; Traveler: Battle slug and Saddle; Nikitacreed: Battle slug textures; Joe Kurz: Remote Control.

I obviously got a little sidetracked. Nice to see the little ones. I love their names! Great mode of transport. Love the composition, with JS and the hotel in the background. Terrific episode!

Picking up where I left off my last set of comments...you've given a delightful image as you describe these drifters wandering in & discovering the earthener from the last image. I like that you've named them what you've named them, and concentrated on the border, a place in many stories of folklore & literature of mythic disorder & strange creatures, etc. Having seen some of your first images here, I can appreciate how rich your imagination is and how good you are at setting a scene & creating a milieu. The peach tones here are wonderful, I love the doll-like appearance of your two characters, the basket & other stuff is very nicely chosen, and it's surrounded by a colorful but desolate environment, including the person from your last upload. A fine desolate but playful image to accompany the narrative. Your angular composition is nice too.
