Description

Continuing the stories of my fantasy world, but this time going back through the years to the time of the Nightwars to meet some of the characters that would later become major players in NorthSea's survival. The customary stories for this image were a bit too long for here, so for those that are interested in finding out a little more about some of the characters, they can be found at -> http://www.digital-wasteland.com/story_hotn1.html If anyone has any short quips (humourous or otherwise) that may also fit any of the characters in the image, feel free to leave them below as well. Anyways, thanks for viewing and for any thoughts or comments you may leave.

Finally.. someone who knows how to place figures on the ground rather then floating above it. I'm not into the fantasy scene, but well done...I also like the little guy looking up at leader...nice touch.

Humor huh? Ok. To the big guys left is a goblin looking up at him in fear. His toughts you ask? "Why did I get put next to him. He's always so damn horny." But this is such a great image.

Most fantasy game has this outlook and also show the other side - the opponents. Definitely, you make this scene come to live, fantasy at its best. Thanks for sharing.

Terrific scene, and a great render! I'll have to check out the backstory to see what's going on here. You've got me intrigued.

Long time no post... but what an amazing piece of work you've got here. What I find most amazing about your highly populated and detailed scenes is that each figure has it's own character, it's own story and it's own individual motivation. Amazing as always!

Brilliant moody piece, Flak - leavened with your trademark humour! (Those poor little gremlins, with their 'wtf am I doing here?' expressions!)

It's bad enough having to worry about the big guys in battle, now you've got to worry about the little ones running underneath your defenses and stabbing you in the knee if not somewhere worse. Epic pic, no need to say much more in that regard. It must have been a good while since I saw your last, as I remember the skeleton hordes that were brought to muster.

Excellent work with that diversity of characters. As said before, each one is different. The sky and ground look perfect. The sky is particularly fitting an upcoming battle. Very good.
