Description

I found all this 'stuff' in a flap on the left of the aircradft (PORT....or is that only with ships.....;)....err towards the pointy end.

This is a puzzle. But that's what makes it an interesting photograph. Lots of disconnections in there. See all those open hose connections? Also lots of rust. This is a perfect example of why a complex machine (or any machine) requires constant maintenance. When Saddam Hussein's Air Force flew its MIGs to Iran when he knew we were coming in strength, I knew that was the end of his Air Force. Jet fighters, submarines, tanks, etc. literally begin to rot from lack of attention when they are simply parked and no longer used.

Interesting! What often happens when a Military Aircraft is sold to Civilian hands, is any ' classified and/or weaponry' are removed. That looks As if that's whats gone on here. Though, what it was I can't help! Great pic! Rob.
