Description

Joy-by-the-Lake A large lake borders Count Gullani's estate. Philipi, the Count's Reeve (estate manager), is showing Aeolia her new home. It is the center cottage of three houses beside the lake. The small cluster of cottages is called Gioia-dal-lago, which means "joy by the lake." For Aeolia, the little community will prove well-named; for she will be very happy and content, living there. Thanks for stopping by for a peek. Comments are appreciated. Excellent look at what might be a scene from an olden-time settlement. Places like this grew into huge cities, like Chicago, especially when there was water for transport of cargo.

I really love the setting you've got laid out there. Very picturesque, as if it were something right out of Lord of the Rings :) I loved to play rpg's like Baldur's Gate 1&2, Icewind Dale 1&2, Neverwinter's Nights 1 & 2, even Oblivion. This picture takes me right back there :)
