The blue cast transmits the cold, blustery feeling of the photo. In a way, you've given a simple, elemental condition of nature an emotional touch. Brrrrr. Very nice.

sometimes color becomes an element all itself, and here it's the deep blue (something others felt as well). There seems to be something between the background & foreground, namely snow coming down diagonally; so quietly you've delineated three levels, foreground, midground & background. And the branches have those delicate water drops, which gives them light—again more simplicity from you, finding speech in each element. I like the bit of branch on the right, a gentle balance. (I could also see the left branch coming down more, and being the only branch in the shot...something that came to me if I drew this scene...Either way, it's got that minimal sense you get, yet the branches are complex in their own right.) A few areas of activity but clarity & expression between them. Delicate & strong, and I love the blues too...
