The Almond Trees were coming into blossom in Spain while we were over there! I was quite fascinated to see almonds on the tree! Thanks for all comments and favourites

Like everyone else ... I have never seen this before! What an amazing, fascinating thing. Of course I knew they grew on trees ... we have walnut trees here aplenty ... but this is a revelation! Not to mention ... it's an awesome photo. Beautiful light and dof. And you already know the subject is interesting! :)

Superb macro Alan. Almonds are one of my favorites, but for some reason I haven't seen any grown here in Arizona. But my tangerine tree is in bloom, and it smells fantastic!
