Description

Something completely different for me. Just wanted to do something for the 2D Graphics Forum March 2009 Metamorphosis http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php?thread_id=2765020&page=1 Completely done in Paintshop Pro The sky is from a freebie.. Diane's Free Sky Backgrounds (Sorry, I don't recall where I got it from.)

(having problems with my browser...) I just returned to the 2D forum after many weeks & saw your metamorphosis. I loved it. First, if you have a 3D or mixed media metamorphosis, by all means you can post it in your gallery; and from what I've just seen of your gallery, it would be a fine transformation. As for this image, I love how you extracted Koosie's window and made it an entity all to itself, then showed us the moon through the window in a kind of 'view into view into view'. I like your hue variations, and that you (sensitively) allowed each window to appear through the next so it gets 'filtered' by it...very interactional. Given that you used a background, this is really a metamorphosis of Koosie's and Diane's image all at once: You did both really well. Fun work, and finely done. I second the comments above, and really glad that Koosie liked it too (as did Helle, who did 2 wonderful transformations as well). I just glanced at your gallery for the first time, and I very much liked what I saw, and I'll return again for sure...

Wow, Sandy, this is awesome! Very much like a dream with Koosie's window repeating a little differently each time, and I agree with anahata.c, there are two marvelous transformations going on here! this is very different for you, and change is good!
