This had been modernized at one time. The windows show that. Sad when such effort from work is left to waste away. Excellent capture.

Ohhhhhh I love houses like this I inherited my mom's house but so much needs to be done to it new heater new drywall and I can't do it..............so I am renting living in nice house..smal but not large....my house is big................bedroom down stairs.........3 up bath kitchen livingroom dining room hall half basement and 1 1/2 acre of land......and I don't have the income to work on it........Did put on a new roof and 2 new celings..and hubby painted it last spring from gray to white........I liked the gray better........would love to move in it before I go up yonder................but I don't know if I will be able to or not...........can hope I guess...I thought about asking my church to see if they could help drywall the down stairs for me..i could buy a wall heater..........and need new carpet..........Houses like this one has such history...can just hear the ghosts of childrens laughter.......a dog barking........mom on the front porch snapping green beans from the garden and tending to what looks like once was a flower bed at the side corner and close to the steps....restored it would be a beauty.............I would love to have it and restore it....but cant even do mine why wish on this one LOL........Still tho its a great pic.... Another fav.........will look at more later..been a long day and i have been upset over my new nodule......came home and upchucked my lunch not been able to eat since i found out...........but i will be back........... Hope you come give some more of mine a look see Hugs Susan~
