I've been working on computers since the age of 11 and just recently got in to 3D Art. I've been doing it for 11 months now.
I started out with Poser & bryce but after messing with those for a while I wanted to start making my own 3D Creations, so I started messing with Rhino, and I stuck with that for a couple of months. but I also wanted to get into animation so I started messing around with Cinema 4D :)
well their you go, now its time to get back to work... later world

I truly cannot say what is that makes this picture so fascinating... Maybe the idea of a wide space, maybe the essential lines of the bird... but it really suits my taste...

I agree with jgeorge. For me the ethereal glow of the sun coupled with the distant fog and odd curvature of the bird just, well, blend. Nice work!

Sorry to echo the others, but perhaps it is the balance of the composition and color or the fluidity of the curves or? Like the ground texture...the color match with the flamingo is subtle but it ties it all together. Very nice.

This is a great composition and original subject..lends itself well tothe Bryce background..colors and placement all perfect..a bit futuristic, and smacks a little of Art Deco in its approach to realism..very nice..

All of the Above! I also see a "shadow" ship & the "Lucky" 4 in there... Always a matter of perception!
