Description

**ZOOM HIGHLY RECOMENDED!** Well, I've made it! 200 images! WOW! After a few failed concepts and just out and out weird ideas, I FINALLY came up with something I hope everyone will like. Inspired by an incredibly powerful song from the 2007 film, Beowulf, I present to you, A Hero Comes Home~~ ~~~~ ~A Hero Comes Home~ Out of the mist of history he'll come again Sailing on ships across the sea to a wounded nation Signs of a savior, like fire on the water It's what we've prayed for, one of our own Just wait though wide he may roam Always a hero comes home He goes where no one has gone But always a hero comes home Deep in the heart of darkness Sparks a dream of light Surrounded by hopelessness He finds the will to fight There's no surrender Always remember It doesn't end here We're not alone Just wait though wide he may roam Always a hero comes home He goes where no one has gone But always a hero comes home And he will come back on a crimson tide Dead or alive And even though we know the bridge has burned He will return. He will return! Just wait though wide he may roam Always a hero comes home He knows of places unknown But always a hero comes home Someday they may carve in stone "The hero comes home" He goes and comes back alone But always a hero comes home Just wait though wide he may roam Always a hero comes home By Glen Ballard & Alan Silverstri Beowulf Soundtrack (Paramount Pictures 2007) ~~~~ Michael 4 -- DAZ Scott Morphs -- ericfarris (RDNA) Max texture -- Liquid Rust Qain Hair -- AprilYHS Valiant Costume/Sword -- Ravenhair Dauntless for Valiant -- Moyra Hero FX Xreme -- Netherworks On A Certain Night -- DAZ DAZ M3 Skeleton -- DAZ Knight Errant Sword -- Valandar, Out of Touch DM's Mystic Places and Poses 6 -- Celtic Cross -- DM Productions Sparklies brushes by Obsidian Dawn (www.obsidiandawn.com) Lights, poses, and postwork by me ~~~~ There will be one more addition to The Elements series, that of Wood, per a request made, then I PROMISE (okay, well, maybe not promise) to get back to my Knights. They're champing at the bit in my folders waiting to be unleashed, and one of them has been fingering the edge of his sword, so I think I'd better think about staring to post them! Thank you, all, for all your support, friendship and wonderful comments!

As a Dungeon Master of old style (think original D&D ala Gary Gygax) this image strikes a cord with me. Very well done.
