My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Not the Sound, but the pacific? Beautiful view indeed. The softness gives this a very pleasing, dreamy appearance. Nice:)

Makes me wonder the cows appreciate what a location they have. Wonderful capture.

One who build the house only added the beauty to the place, they didn't spoiled the place. Thank them.

really nice, tara, esp because you have the land in the lower third of the shot, emphasizing it's flatness & lowness to the water. The little home is hidden in enough shadow that its reds are sedate rather than bold (to me, reflective); and you have that grayish blue day again, which I think is very eloquent. The water seems almost snowed over; and the sky is so clear...well I have to run again, but I'm almost caught up to the last image. (I see writing waiting!) Tonight i'll come back...

I love this shot reminds me of Cornwall UK but not so windswept, I just played with it and croped above the clouds and below bushes and darkened the sky a bit, hope you don't mind.
