Description

Here you see the Grand Canyon. I saw this man on the edge like this and i took a photo as he looked over the Canyon. There was a dust storm blowing just west of the Canyon at the time we was there. Yes we drove thought the dust storm and i got photos of it. This is not the beganning of the trip for I to put those photos on a DVD as my laptop just have 3 gig of free space on the hard drive. I took off 14 gig but now it down to 3 gigs again and I still did not look at the other halve of the civil war reenactment. I would never do this what that man is doing thanks for looking and comments oh all my shots came off a D90 for I forgot my D80 in my truck so I had to buy another camera and i thought I had a lens for it but I had some old lenes so I had to use manual all the time and I just had a 70mm to 250mm zoom len or a 90mm marco or a 500 mirror len to pick from When you limited it shows what you can do lol. I show you what i mean later on.

excellent image.... people always use wide angle. a long lens does a better job of showing off the enormity. SUPERB!!!

Holy cow! I get a sinking feeling in my stomach just looking at this. How thrilling and as Bruce says, you got the depth and scale her just perfectly.

People have been known to fall off and get killed that man is a little brave or a little dumb I'm wondering which but he gave you a opportunity of a lifetime shot:

Nice shot, all the better for the figure in the near distance. Evielouise, I think it's a case of excess testosterone, so your "little dumb" would be spot on IMO.

Fantastic capture, Jock. What a beautiful piece of mother nature. No wonder they call it Grand Canyon. #;oD...It most certainly is huge. Maybe that guy had the need to show himself, off. #:o)+5
