My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

the only complaint I have on this—the only—is that I wish it were longer & bigger. I love this, a sole house/hut/etc, lit in late afternoon sun, with swaths of grasses & trees and a powerful sky. This is beautiful. And that swath of red grasses is the creme de la creme; and your detailing is really fine, esp against the looming sky behind. Real late afternoon stuff...Loved this when you first posted it though I couldn't comment for lack of time; so coming back is a big "yesssss!" A definite fav.

I like this quite a lot. It's moody and atmospheric in that rural, out-of-the-way flavor of things. It's dramatic, the sky is a perfect backdrop to the dance of light and color. In short, I like it.

This is very nicely done, I love the lighting and composition and the color is brilliant. It also makes me nostalgic for summers on my grandfather's farm in Tennessee, where me and my cousin would do farm chores, one of which was stacking the hay bales. This image brought that all back very clearly to me and I could even smell the hay. Lovely picture.
