Description

Homemade white chocolate cranberry cookies. Oh man, were they ever tasty! Of course since this is part of my Light and Glass series, I hope you'll also spare a glace for the color of the cookie jar, and the way it plays in the light. :)

Why am I not surprised your cookie jar is made of glass. All of ours here have always been ceramic...but they don't handle the light like your light green glass jar does. Very cool light bending, creatively photographed and cropped! :)

holy cow, I love this! You do have a way with glass...the undulant textures & light mixed with those cookies? To die for! LOL Andrea seeing this before bed...(it's 4.30pm here). I want to eat the whole thing. This is beautiful! (How did Jackie Gleason say it? "It's a beeeeeeee-yooooo-tiful day!") Whoa, I love this!

You're so good with light and glass...this is fantastic! And I don't really have a sweet tooth, so it was the glass that caught and held me...

Shades of glass blocks! So, you got caught with your hand in the cookie jar! Plus, caught with your camera aimed at the cookie jar. Stellar clarity, lighting effects and textures in this unique composition.

Good you talked about the glass and light. I almost got too focused on the cookies alone LOL ! It all looks love and delicious. Yes the green in the glass and the upper reflections looks awesome.

yummy! I like the different reflections of light and colour within the glass, it's amazing how something so simple can be so interesting a photograph.

Oh wow! THis is an exquisite shot and it reminds me of how much I love a good cookie...well...more than one at a time. The light and abstract patterns through the glass are fantastic, and the cookies themselves look warm and inviting! I have a pretty substantial sweet tooth and so I'm salivating over these. Great work, as always...

Nice capture Tara. Before I read your comment those cookies looked delicious alraedy. This is the time of evening when I start to snack and the only way I can stop is to brush my teeth. There is no way that I would brush my teeth twice lol..
