Hello dear Friends This is (hopefully) my 'comeback' after quite a long absence. I missed you all. This image was captured in Botswana on our way to Namibia. It is a 22hr road trip to where we went and this was day one. This is basically the northern part of the Kalahari Desert. Both deserts (Kalahari & Namib) had fantastic rain this year (in their terms) and the grass and flowers were magnificent. We were even driving through the occasional storm! I clicked this image when we made a quick stop to stretch legs. Why the title... If you are interested then read on. sooooo fantastic image!!!!! Great photo!!!!! Beautifully that you are again there! ......and Bruce will again come to you - if it also a long time is. A gorgeous rainbow with vertical shafts of rain and sunlight...the only thing maybe more difficult to get a photo of maybe lighting. Wonderful. You and Bruce will be in my prayers...good for him to visit those twins. My daughter's set of twins are a tremendous blessing to me too.
