Figures are done well--as is the grass--but the background doesn't work for me because it is a completely different POV from the characters and foreground.

Makes me want to get a dog... I've had a dog my whole life except for about 4... Living in a one bedroom apartment, with no yard, I just can't do that to a dog... so, my pet is a goose I see at work everyday in the parkinglot. It's mate was hit and killed over 3 weeks ago... You can feel the sadness and loneliness in this bird... great picture.
