Description

These old Airstream trailers are along the river path where I walk so often. They've been there forever, and yesterday I had my camera. Just something about them......... Oh, and the reason the ground is kinda chopped up around them is because they're in the middle of what's used as pasture for several horses. This also happens to be on the property of the local animal rescue group. I never know what I'll see when I walk past!!

Excellent photo of an eyesore that probably bugs you just a bit. Old Air Streams are rather hot commodities among restorers and collectors these days. To bad a collector doesn't get wind of these...they'd be good for parts, if nothing else.

Classic models, I remember seeing adverts for these in National Geographic! Looks like the moss may even get a hold on these!

I have a neighbor who is lovingly restoring one of these. These are rather scenic in their disarray; great capture!

Other than great POV and colors in this shot, plus please be careful when walking around that pasture, I echo the comments preceding mine, Maz!

If those were up here, they'd be completely covered in mold and moss. LOL! Nice shot!

This is amazing! They look like pods from some other reality. There is a haunting, loneliness to them as well. The cropping is great, you're drawn straight to the trailers with no distractions. I cackled out loud when I saw the title as well. Great stuff. I love it!

a fine shot of old decaying trailers, with the random & complex effects of age & neglect. And the ground around it feels like it's being tilled to eventually take over the trailers. Decay can be beautiful & expressive. And these trailers demonstrate both...
