Excellent and very tension filled picture. Moody colours. Great feeling all round. One of your best works, Rob The most talked about 'disaster', as far USAAF bombing raids go but, in fact not the worse! That happened on Mission 250, 6th March 1944 to Berlin. For once the attacking Germans got right and somehow, the escorts got lost! AGAIN! 33 bombers of the 100th set out - 15 failed to return. Total 69 Bombers lost. 11 Escort Fights as well. Sorry. History over! Lol. Very good book called Target Berlin - Alfred Price.
